I have been working with Cedric for over two and a half years.

I started off wanted to lose weight and get my body toned. Cedric provided an excellent programme which was achievable, but also challenging. It allowed me to see in a relatively short period of time the impact of combining a healthy diet and an exercise plan that I could manage both on my own and with regular PT sessions and of course one that fitted into my everyday life.

Once I achieved my target weight and literally a dramatically improved body shape, in order to keep my motivation Cedric provided further exercise plans and encouraged me to look towards different targets.

The following were all my first attempts on an official scale. I completed a 10k in 47mins, a half-marathon in 1h and 35mins, the Rob Roy challenge where I was first lady to complete it in just over 6hrs in 2010, and last year the West Highland Way in 28hrs.

I have recently changed my job role which is more demanding. Cedric has now provided me with a plan which now allows me to balance fitness, work and family commitments.

I suppose to sum up, Cedric knows what he is doing, he provides plans that fit into people lives, he is very motivating, and inspiring.

At the beginning I was planning to sign up for 10 sessions, 2 years later I am still working with him and feeling fitter and healthier than ever before.

I have enlisted the personal training services of Cedric for the past two years.

I find his approach both encouraging and motivational, Cedric has managed to keep me positive where other training regimes have failed.

He has a great understanding of what I want to achieve and has put in targets and goals to help me achieve this whilst monitoring and supporting my efforts, with dietary plans and workout programmes.

After trying (and failing) to lose weight and get fit on many occasion, personal training was my 'last chance saloon' . I signed up my first 10 sessions with genuine motivation and commitment, however my self-confidence was low. I knew from experience that I begun every diet and get fit campaign with the same commitment, but that it usually wanes by week 3. So I did doubt at that stage, that I'd make it.

Every session with Cedric is tougher than the last, but he never pushes me more than he knows I can handle. His feed-back, encouragement and the variety in his workouts has continued to motivate me as well past the dangerous three weeks stage. Cedric regularly reminds me how far I've come in comparison to those early sessions, which further motivates me to do even better. We have now completed my initial 10 sessions, and I have just signed up for the next ten.

Rapport with your trainer is vital, and Cedric is an easy person to form a relation with. He listens to all my comments, and incorporate my requirements in the workout. He has ensured that he is aware of my physical weakness and injuries and works to accommodate or improve them. He has given me every confidence to trust him and his knowledge, and to push myself at his instruction.

So far, with Cedric's help, I have lost 12lbs and now have the confidence to negotiate the gym and its equipment on my own. I can bound up the five flights of stairs to my office (without feeling the need to lie down for the rest of the morning) and fell fitter and better than I did before.

Working with Cedric is hard - but a complete joy. For each session he comes armed with the exercises for me to complete and encourages me throughout our hour together. I don't think I would work so hard without his attention to detail and perseverance. Each session is a good workout and I feel the benefits right away. Cedric explains and demonstrates what each exercise demands and helps me to attain the correct form to gain the maximum benefit. I have been training with Cedric for 8 month now and so far have lost 1 1/2 stones in weight which I gained after having my son.

I have never been able to keep to a regular exercise routine before but I now find that I really look forward to my session with Cedric and also to doing the workouts that he provides for me between our sessions.
